Island Construction Corporation is owned and operated by Kevin Hennessy of Del Mar, CA. Kevin started Island Construction in 1982 and takes great pride in providing top-notch personal care to all his clients. Kevin brings an unmatched energy to his work which has allowed him to grow and expand the business into a variety of construction offerings across multiple geographic areas. He is tirelessly committed to providing nothing but the best quality output for all his clients and will not rest until they are completely satisfied.

The Island team works with residential property owners as well as property management companies, home owners associations and hotel management companies on a variety of projects including deck / patio construction, pool construction, backyard renovations and ADA pool lift installations. Island has done extensive work with the hospitality industry on a variety of projects for hotels, resorts, and country clubs.
